• Henry James Salon is led by internationally known celebrity stylist, Michael Campbell. Michael is one of Atlantaʼs elite hair designers. He is a specialist in color, cuts and style with over 30 years of cutting edge international expertise.

• Originally from London, England, Michael is a master of current techniques and hair fashion trends. A master colorist and expert at precision cutting, he has been a “go to” stylist for music videos, photo shoots, runway fashion shows and national hair shows. Michael has been a featured hairstylist for several national publications, an image consultant for entertainment artists and a national platform artist for major hair care manufacturers and distributors. His work has been published in the Hairdresserʼs Journal (London), Jezebel Magazine, Allure, Atlanta Magazine, Weight Watchers, Good Housekeeping, Upscale, Vibe, Essence, Honey, Hype Hair and Ebony Man.

• Michael is honored to be an educator and representative for many major hair care companies, including GK Hair, Goldwell, Aveda, Dark & Lovely, Designer Touch, Soft Sheen, Instant Weave, Wella, Motions, Pro-Line, and TCB. He has hosted hair fashion events, in-store promotions and product press tours.

• Michael has worked with many of the top names in entertainment, including Mary J. Blige, Gabrielle Union, Shanice, Nicki Minaj, Toni Braxton, Blu Cantrell, Miss USA Kenya Moore, En Vogue, Orlando Jones, Ian from “Vampire Diaries” and Brian McKnight. He has also styled movie and television artists on the set for films and series, including “Beloved”, “Drumline”, “Blade II”, “Women With Curves”, “East Enders” and “Top of the Pops”.

• Kim brings over 20 years of expertise in color techniques, precision cutting, chemical relaxing and natural hair care to Henry James Salon. She is an expert at resurrecting damaged hair and restoring it to a vibrate, healthy state. When clients leave Kim’s chair, they not only leave with ravishing hair that moves, but hair that is styled to the latest trends. Kim is a perfectionist and whether you want your hair short and sassy, or long and romantic, Kim delivers the look her clients desire.

• Kim is well-known for her skills as a master colorist and is an expert with precision cuts. Her mission is to understand her clients wishes and provide them with the highest standards of professional hair care. She is certified in Redken and Goldwell color and in the GK Hair Taming System.

• Kim is especially sought after for her beautiful weaves and extensions. She has mastered sew-in and bead techniques and can execute any look you can imagine with hair extensions.

• Over the years, Kim has developed her skills as a master stylist at Van Michael Salon, Salon Ramsey and NSeya Hair Salon in metro Atlanta.

• Georgette has been a “go to” stylist in New York City for 18 years. Now in Atlanta, she brings to our clients her technical skill and knowledge of color, highlights and lowlights, precision cutting, styling short and long hair, relaxers, keratin treatments and hair texturizing. Her favorite quote is the Vidal Sassoon tagline “If you don’t look good, we don’t look good” and strives to delight her client’s with her work.

• Georgette trained at the Learning Institute Beauty School in Manhattan, and enjoys a thorough consultation with each client before providing any service. Georgette values getting to know her clients as individuals to aid her in creating their desired look, and encourages her clients to get to know the woman behind the chair.

• Georgette is well-known for her weaves and extensions. She was certified in weave techniques by Nubian Profiles in New York City. She received her color certification at the Aveda Institute in Atlanta and is also a certified make-up artist trained by Motive Cosmetics.

• Marq is dedicated to ensuring each of his clients has a great experience when visiting Henry James Salon.

• He is committed to delivering outstanding customer service whether styling a client for an evening out, helping a client choose a new hair color or executing a precision cut.

• A very talented barber, Marq is also one of the best shampooers in Atlanta. He is also a master at hot towel facials.

• Marq is excellent with scalp massage and hair treatments.

• He is a rare Atlanta native.

• Valarie runs the Front Desk and is responsible for all scheduling activity at Henry James Salon. She is dedicated to making sure each of our clients has a great experience when visiting with us.

• Valarie is a vivacious team member, committed to outstanding customer service whether answering your product questions, scheduling your appointments, calling to confirm your services or making sure you have the refreshment of your choice while you are here in the Salon.

• Valarie is a graduate of Ashford University and holds certifications from the Everest Institute.
